No. Cohesio does not connect to bank accounts, file taxes, run payroll, perform KYC checks or make accounting entries. It is an onboarding and document-collection workspace that sits alongside your existing bookkeeping tools, not a replacement for them.
AI reads supported documents and answers to suggest candidate facts and likely mismatches, each with a source document, page reference and version. It cannot accept a submission, waive a requirement, change a recipient, send a message, or mark an engagement complete — only an authorized staff member can do that. A missing or unreadable source returns 'unknown,' never a guessed match.
Bookkeeping is the only actively supported Phase 1 workflow. Agencies are a research preview with synthetic data only. Consulting and legal are later research candidates. We will not sell an unsupported industry as a live offer.
